Our Gourmet Moist Pound Cake

	Preheat oven to 325F.
	Grease 8" loaf pan generously. Dust with flour.
	Place contents of package (20 oz.) into mixing bowl.
	Turn mixer on low. Add egg and oil. Gradually add water.
	Gradually increase mixer speed to medium and mix for 3 to 5 minutes. Occasionally scrape sides. Continue mixing until batter is creamy and smooth.
	Pour batter into greased pan.
	Bake 45 to 60 minutes. Cool completely before cutting and removing.
	Enjoy!

For a BUNDT CAKE, use two 20 oz. packages, 2 eggs, 6 ounces of oil, 1 cup plus 4 tablespoons of water and bake 55 - 75 minutes
