Mission Statement
The Walk of Faith Ministry, a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation with offices at 116 S. Edward Ave. Box 3, Mound Bayou, MS 38762, under the leadership of Rev. Darryl Johnson has developed a strategic alliance with Mr. James W. Stokes, Jr., of JWH Financial Services, LLC, located at PO Box 1613, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, to develop a city-wide redevelopment program for Mound Bayou Mississippi. The program name shall be “The Mound Bayou Movement, Inc.” (the “Program”), and shall be comprised of profit making and humanitarian projects.

Investment Opportunity


Phase I - Goal $500,000.00


Angel Investors - $25,000.00 Minimum - affluent individuals who will provide start-up capital for the revitalization of Mound Bayou. Angel investors believe in the “Program,” and will receive an high return on their investment since they bear an extremely high risk. Some angel investors seek a return of at least 10-20 times their original investment within 5 years. We, however, will provide between 25-30% of the original investment within 90 – 120 days. The exit strategy will occur through both Phase II and III. Phase II will consist of three parts:

1) a national membership drive will be initiated to form the “Golden Nuggets of Mound Bayou” from both the private and public sector and will be inclusive of major corporations;

2) a “Taste of Mound Bayou” will be promoted and sold via the internet. Through this vehicle, not only will the world become knowledgeable of Mound Bayou, but they will have an opportunity to taste the best of delta’s pride; and

3) Mississippi Delta’s music has become known as the foundation of today’s multi billion dollar a year industry with origins being in Mound Bayou therefore, what better vehicle to raise capital than from annual music benefits and expos. The final step in the exit strategy will be Phase III wherein we will engage in a private placement under the financial management direction of Churchill & Associates. The funds generated from the Angel Investors will be used in the following manner:
Open/Staff Headquarters
Website Design and Newsletter
Graphics and Printing of Business Plan
Professional Fees (Legal, CPA, Surveyors, Engineers, Architects, etc)


Phase II – Goal $50,000,000

National Membership Drive (Private & Public Sector) “Golden Nuggets of Mound Bayou”

Products of Mound Bayou will be professionally packaged and sold via the Internet under the “Taste of Mound Bayou” logo
